  • Explicit events or Explicit festival is a brand owned by Excess events to use for our Live music events.

  • This policy is intented to cover the use of our website, eventbrite's ticket platform, wix.com and Facebook.com's widget.

  • We do not have control over any third party services or websites linked on our website. We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such website before providing any data to them.

  • The respectful policies of our trusted third parties will always be provided in section 4 of this policy.

  • To allow us to provide you our services and products we may make use of some of your personal data for services as:

    • Ticket and entry registration for our Live events,

    • Providing support for our products and services,

    • Improving our services to your needs.

 A. Website and Wix.com (Website host)

  • We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

  • In addition, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information including:

    • length of visits to certain pages,

    • page interaction information,

    • and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to market our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • Facebook may collect data when you make use of their messenger widget on our contact page. For more info on how Facebook handles your personal data we redirect you to their privacy policy.

 B. Eventbrite

  • Through eventbrite we recieve the following data for ticket and entry registration:

    • Name, first and last,​

    • E-mail address used to order,

    • Payment data which may include: Payment method, last 4 numbers of card or transaction ID.

  • When you participate in email traffic with our mailadress we may recieve and store the following data:

  • All email traffic and data is stored with Microsoft and is secured on their servers.

  • We collect your personal data to allow us to provide you with our services and products. This includes the use of data in the following ways:

    • Refunding tickets for our Live events,
